Help - PayPal Check Out

Once you have completed the checkout on our website you will be diverted to the PayPal site, this is the company that handles our online payments.

If you have used PayPal before to pay for an item on eBay you can use the same username and password to pay for your pictures.  This help page is designed for people that have never used PayPal before.

Step 1 – Click on the button next to ‘If you don’t have a Paypal Account,’

Step 2 – Enter the delivery address of where you would like your pictures to be sent and then press ‘Continue Checkout’ button

Step 3 – You will be requested to type in your payment details and billing address, once you enter them press the ‘Continue Checkout’ button.  PAYMENT IS NOT TAKEN AT THIS STEP.

Step 4 – You will be shown a summary of your order, please check it carefully to make sure there are no mistakes and then press the‘Continue’ button. If there is a mistake click on the ‘Back’ button.

Step 5 – If your payment was successful you will be given a receipt with a receipt ID number, a copy of this will be sent to your email address.  Make sure you keep this email as it your proof of purchase.

Step 6 –The checkout process has now been completed, You have two further options you can return to our website by pressing the ‘Return to Merchant’ button or if you wish to open a Paypal account you can by pressing the  ‘Save Your information with PayPal; button.

If at any time during the check out you change your mind just press the ‘Cancel’ button.  If you have placed the order and payment has been taken then email support@paulwattsphotos.co.uk within 7 hours to cancel the order.
